Give the bay number, entrance instructions and any loading restrictions. Confirm who can let the driver in. Permission to enter the property and authority to sell the vehicle are separate details.
Confirm release with the facility.
Ask who authorizes release and whether any existing bill or hold needs resolving. Agree the collection window with the facility and buyer. Free purchase towing does not settle earlier repair or storage charges.
Identify the exact parked position.
Give the street address or nearest cross-street and describe whether the car moves. If there is a notice, keep its reference and use the local resource below for the issuing office’s instructions.
For every pickup: prepare the ownership documents, confirm the purchasing party and agreed amount, remove personal belongings, and keep the handover record.

Laredo’s Community Development Code Enforcement service handles junked-vehicle concerns and describes notices and follow-up enforcement. If your car is named in a notice, keep the address, reference and requested correction ready when contacting that office through its listed contact route. Ask what documentation is needed after removal before booking collection. Check the title status separately: an old or damaged car does not automatically qualify for the Texas recycling-without-title route.
