What information does an enquiry contain?
The vehicle form asks for your name, email address or phone number, vehicle location, year, make, model, condition and any notes you choose to provide. The submission also includes the address of the webpage where you sent it. These details help us respond to your enquiry and help a local purchasing partner assess your vehicle and discuss collection.
Please do not include identity-document images, Social Security numbers, banking details or other sensitive documents in your enquiry.
Who receives the information?
Enquiries reach Cash For Cars LLC by email and are shared with local purchasing partners. Email and form-delivery services also process the submission to deliver it. A purchasing partner may contact you about your vehicle and pickup arrangements.
How long are enquiries retained?
Enquiries are held in email correspondence. We have not established a fixed retention period for these messages. You can request deletion using the contact option below. A request does not automatically remove records from our email account or a partner’s records.
Request deletion of your enquiry information.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Personal information deletion request.” Include the contact detail you used, an approximate enquiry date and your city and state so we can locate the correspondence. Do not send a copy of your identification.
