Describe access before the truck arrives

Tell the partner whether the car rolls and steers, whether the keys are available, and whether it is in a garage, behind a gate or in a storage facility. Mention leaks, missing wheels or a dismantled engine. Do not dismantle the vehicle just to prepare an enquiry.

Confirm the amount and purchasing business

Confirm the agreed offer and purchasing entity before handing over the car. Our purchase service includes free towing and cash at pickup. Any existing impound or storage balance needs separate resolution with the facility; free purchase towing does not erase an earlier bill.

Remove belongings and retain records

Check the glovebox, trunk, storage compartments and toll devices. Keep the signed transaction record, buyer details, VIN, sale date and payment record. Confirm the plate arrangement and complete the documents required for the vehicle’s title status.

Finish the seller notification

Use the Texas transfer-notification guide after the sale and save its confirmation. If a later notice relates to the vehicle, you will have the transaction details available to respond to the issuing agency.
