Niagara Falls Code Enforcement publishes a towing-permit form for a vehicle left on private property without permission for more than 96 hours. It asks for the vehicle description and VIN, the property owner’s signature and inspector details, and directs applicants to return a form for each car. That request concerns municipal removal; it does not establish your ownership of the vehicle. Ask Code Enforcement to confirm the current submission process. A voluntary sale of your own car follows the separate New York ownership-document route.
